Most of us in Florida insure our homes against natural disasters.  In 2004, hurricanes Charley, Frances, Ivan and Jeanne caused billions of dollars in damages, affecting nearly two million homes.  Sadly, everyone will not be fairly compensated by their insurance companies.

While insurance companies are always eager to sell insurance, they are not always eager to pay on claims.  They may delay your case unnecessarily.  They may low-ball your damages, then raise them slightly, hoping you'll eagerly accept the new amount.  When your home is inspected, they may claim that much of the damage isn't covered by your policy.  Often, even the clearest cases are denied.

Homeowners without legal representation can expect to receive mediocre attention from the insurance companies.  However, legal communique from our firm will command the attention that your case requires.

If you believe you've been treated unfairly by your insurance company, contact us for an appointment.
